Base Salary is $45,000 annually and 10% of the net profit. The average MP in New England for this company is making over $100,000. On a yearly bases MP's are issued stock option based on performance. The number of option can be large. The real money is made after five years and your MP Agreement is ended or renewed. The option program is will allow you to walk away with a very large sum.

Here is the kicker. You may decide to join the company as a Managing Partner for the next five to ten years and that is a great career path.
